End of Tenancy: Our team always provide a high quality service and leave furniture, carpets, cupboards and showers in tip top condition, ready for the new tenants to move in straight away. A deep clean where all surfaces and woodworks including baseboards, moulding, window sills, shelves and wood works are damp wiped. All light fixtures and doors are cleaned. Inside all major appliances are cleaned and all areas of bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized. All floors will be thoroughly swept and vacuumed.
